This student workbook has revising and editing practice for 2nd grade students!This workbook could also serve as a great review for 3rd grade and up!The passages are cross-curricular and are integrated with Social Studies and Science topics for 2nd grade.The editing and revising standards are broken down into 28 skills.Each skill includes a learn page, sentence practice pages, and a passage with multiple-choice revising or editing questions along with answer keys at the back that you may remove if you wish!Students are able to write directly on the passages and questions and keep all of their practice pages in one nice and neat book.They are able to practice strategies directly in the book, and each student has their own copy.Students can also use their workbook to look back at previous questions as a review at the end of the year.Integrating social studies and science with reading and writing helps students build background knowledge, strengthen comprehension, develop critical thinking, expand vocabulary, and stay engaged.The questions in this workbook align with the revising, editing, and conventions of Standard English as outlined in the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).
